Being a Government servant, I embrace this little amount of 10% in my (basic) pay with an open heart but I believe this time, the money won’t be theft, laundered or spent unnecessarily by the Government. 10% doesn't make any difference to you and most of the members when you can misuse your office and authority to get people hired, no wonder if you get paid for your services.
